Bart is located in northeastern Indiana, so the further you live from Indiana, the more it's going to cost to ship syrup to you. Shipping to California, Washington, and Oregon sucks eggs big time, but that's how the cookie crumbles. Bart is actually willing to apologize for high shipping costs, even though there's nothing he can do about it. Please note that UPS transit times do no include the 24 to 48 hours that it takes Bart to get your package ready to ship.
